USAP Ethiopia and USAP Mozambique Begins
News from The USAP Information Office, 9/16/2011
The United States Student Achievers Program (USAP) was established with the strong belief that all talented international students, regardless of economic background, should have equal educational opportunities as well as access to resources at colleges and universities that offer need and merit-based international student financial aid. Virtually all communities around the world have very bright students, who, if given the right support can grow up and excel into difference makers. With that backdrop, USAP is actively working on starting programs in as many countries as we can. Today we are happy to announce two new programs in Ethiopia and Mozambique.
Pictured in the two pictures below is the first USAP cohort in Ethiopia of six students, together with their EducationUSA advisor Ms. Semira Alhadi and US Embassy Cultural Affairs Officer, Jason Martin.
